Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Email alchemyskindallas@gmail.com before you send anything back. Returns sent without approval will not be refunded.

You pay return shipping. We do not send return labels. Ship approved returns to Alchemy Skin, 614 S Edmonds Ln, Suite 203, Lewisville, TX 75067.

Opened or used skincare is final sale. Sale items and gift cards are also final sale. If we sent the wrong item, or it arrived damaged, email us with a photo and we will make it right.

Refunds go back to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return.
